In-System Programmers
Xeltek in-circuit serial programming tools provide a convenient method for configuring microcontrollers and other serial devices without removing chips from the system. Microcontrollers, flash memories, PLDs, and FPGAs can be programmed directly through an ISP cable while installed in the target hardware, making field updates and production programming faster and more efficient.
In-system programming is typically enabled through a jumper or DIP switch, while a standard serial programming connector (such as an IDC connector) links the target board to the ISP programmer.
