SuperPro rentals include all required accessories, including software needed to operate your device.
*Socket adapters are sold separately.

Payment Terms: All rental fees and security deposits are due prior to shipment. Rental fees are non-refundable once shipment occurs.

  • Socket adapters cannot be rented, as they are classified as consumable items.
  • All socket adapter purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Socket adapters must be purchased for your project.

Rental Duration & Extended Use

This rental program is designed for short-term evaluation and project execution.

For extended requirements, Xeltek may recommend:

  • Transitioning to a production programmer rental, or
  • Purchasing the system outright

Our team will help you identify the most cost-effective solution.

Return & Care Policy

  • Programmers must be returned within three (3) business days following the end of the rental period. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
  • Programmers must be returned free of physical damage
  • Hardware failures due to normal operation are covered under warranty
  • Damage caused by misuse or liquid exposure may result in partial or full forfeiture of the security deposit
  • Additional charges may apply if repair or replacement costs exceed the security deposit
