Standard Warranty

Included with the purchase of SuperPro 7500, SuperPro 6100 or SuperPro 6104GP

    • Free two-year warranty on hardware repair services.
    • Free two user requested device updates during initial (one) year of purchase.**
    • Ground when shipping RMA items back to domestic (USA) addresses only.
    • International customers are responsible for shipments both ways.
    • Programmers are warranted to be free of manufacturing or workmanship defects for two years from the date of purchase.
    • Calls will be answered in the order it was received. Due to high volume of calls, representatives will respond faster through written requests via methods above. Calls are accepted during business hours Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (PST).
    • Additional service charge applies to out-of-warranty items.
    • Effective as of February 1, 2013.

    • Xeltek covers FedEx Ground when shipping RMA items back to domestic (USA) addresses only.

    • Free two-year warranty on hardware repair services.
    • Programmers are warranted to be free of manufacturing or workmanship defects for two years from the date of purchase.
    • Xeltek updates software and device algorithm regularly.
    • SuperPro IS01 supports chips and standard algorithms are available free of charge. If a device algorithm does not function properly or if additional function update is needed, Xeltek Engineering will provide a quotation for support / update. If the chip is not listed on the Device List , it can be supported by our ISP engineers. Please contact techsupport@xeltek.com for the chip support quote.
    • If board testing is involved for customizing the standard algorithm to meet target board constraints, then a device update fee will be quoted on a case by case basis.
    • DLL File License: $500 / User / Device. Any additional authorized user: $200 / User. Technical support is not included with the DLL license fee and support charge is $150 / HR.

Extended Warranty (Optional - USA Only)

Premium warranty coverage includes:

    • Standard two-year warranty plus one additional year warranty. Total three-year warranty on hardware repair services.
    • Freeuser requested device updates during initial (one) year of purchase for selected programmer models.**
    • loaner programmer - Shall be provided until repair is completed and returned.
    • FedEx 2Day shipping for loaner unit.
    • FedEx Ground shipping for repair unit (both ways).
    • Free 3-year Testing fee.
    • Priority support for RMA items with Premium Warranty code.
    • 10% discount on SuperProIS01 device update fee ($150) and first DLL License ($500) during the premium coverage period. Discount not valid for SuperProIS01 algorithm customization with board constraints.
    • Additional service charge applies to out-of-warranty items.
    • If discontinued models could not be fixed, premium trade-in options will be available. For premium trade-in option, customer will get 20% credit of the value paid for the non-repairable programmer and 100% credit of the value paid for the premium warranty. The credits must be used towards the purchase of a new programmer and no cash refund will be given.
    • Effective as of February 1, 2013.

*Notes: All warranties must be purchased at the time of original product purchase.
*Extended warranty prices vary for each programmer model.

**Selected Programmers: SuperPro 7500, SuperPro 6100 or Superpro 6104GP. Due to sample limitations on obsolete devices, support time may vary. Customers are welcome to provide chip samples to expedite algorithm support. XELTEK adds devices upon customer's request at its option. Additional non-recurring engineering (NRE) charge may apply if device update involves socket adapter designing. Device support for out-of-warranty items is $150 -$300 per device request.
 

Shipping

FedEX, UPS, DHL, USPS utilized for prepaid shipping. Collect shipment also accepted (Please send us your account number). Xeltek pays FedEx GND when shipping product back to customer in the US only. It doesn't apply for international customers.

For all air shipments, FedEx is our default carrier. We may ship the order by FedEx even though you choose UPS unless your UPS a/c is used for the shipment. If for some reasons you don't want to use FedEx, please inform us in the Customer Notes.

Return Policy

    • All new programmers have 2-year warranty from shipping date and no return after 30 days.
    • All return items must have RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and it must be obtained from Xeltek USA.
    • Xeltek may refuse unauthorized returns.
    • Shipping charge is not refundable.
