Trade-In Policy

 

Xeltek Trade-in PolicyXeltek's trade-in policy helps customers  recover value on older programmers. Users can now stay on the edge of innovative designs with SuperPro's high-performance technology. 

* Xeltek reserves the right to reject unrealistic values for the traded programmers.

 

* Xeltek reserves the right to alter this policy at any time.

  •  Xeltek has to deal directly with the customer. 
  •  International pricing is higher than Xeltek sales price, so we have to apply standard US list price, not the customer purchase price for calculation.
  •  Customer pays for shipping both ways. 

When trading-in the Programmers, the following conditions will apply:

 
Standard Trade-in Service (Trade-in Xeltek Programmer Only)

Customers can take advantage of our Standard Trade-in Service when upgrading to a new Xeltek Programmer with the following terms and conditions:

  • Trade-in programmer must be of Xeltek brand.

  • Upgrade programmer must be of higher model and value compared to trade-in programmer.

  • Trade-in is one-to-one (one programmer for another).

  • Even if the programmer to be traded-in is not functioning properly, make sure all major components of programmer are included to avail credit.

  • For your protection, we suggest all shipments to be sent through a traceable carrier.

The following trade-in values also apply:

  • Product purchased within 90 Days - 85% Credit of net amount

  • Product purchased within 6 months - 70% Credit of net amount

  • Product purchased within 1 Year - 60% Credit of net amount

  • Product purchased within 2 Years - 40% Credit of net amount

  • Product purchased beyond 2 Years (out of warranty) - 30% Credit of net amount based on Xeltek USA list price. Items with missing receipts will only qualify for a 30% credit of net amount based on Xeltek USA list price. 

 
Universal Brand Trade-in Program (Trade-in Any Programmer)

Customers can trade-in non-Xeltek programmer when upgrading to a new Xeltek Universal Device Programmer. Guidelines for universal brand trade-in programmers are:

  • Trade-in will be one programmer for another (one-to-one).

  • A valid purchase receipt has to be included with the traded programmer. 

  • If the Programmer to be traded-in is not functioning properly, then make sure all major components of programmer are included to avail credit.

  • If the purchase receipt is missing, an online posting at one of the major online shopping portals may be presented as the current value. Out-of-warranty programmers are valued at current Xeltek USA list price. 

The following trade-in values also apply:

  • If all major components are included - % 20 of receipt value
  • If one or couple components are missing - % 15 of receipt value
Note: The purchase receipt that has been provided by the trader may be investigated, and accordingly may be revalued during the trade-in process. To avoid any possible conflicts, please provide your receipt prior to sending in old programmers.
