Statistic information and Quality Tracking on Superpro Programmers
Superpro software has powerful features such as log files and statistic reports for quality and yield traceability. When user programs chips, Superpro software will conduct the statistical activities about the programming status automatically or according to the user’s setting.
Statistic information panel:
The times of successful and failed programming are recorded in above panel. The default counting rules: 1. When “Program” is executed, if it increases the success count increases by 1, otherwise the failure count increases by 1.
2. When “Auto” is executed, if the “Auto” contains “Program” and the “Program” succeeds the success count increases by 1, otherwise the failure count increases by 1. If the “Reset” button is clicked, the success count and failure count are all set to 0.
● Count Down
It can be set as follows:
The count down number Total (greater than 0). The number decreases by 1 every time a chip is programmed successfully. It continues till the number becomes 0 and then user is not allowed to program more chips until the user resets the countdown.
- Print Report: It Generates the statistical report and display it as shown below(it can be printed A4 size paper)
- Log File
A log file could be used to save operation information before exiting the program. Log files can also be used to facilitate quality tracking. All operations are saved in these log files in text formats which are automatically saved in SP7500 bin folders according to date:
