Warranty Support

Standard Warranty: Included with the purchase of SuperPro 7100, SuperPro 6100, and SuperPro 6104GP

  • Two-year warranty on hardware repair services.
  • User requested device updates available during the first year of purchase.**
  • Xeltek covers FedEx Ground when shipping RMA items back to domestic (USA) addresses only.
  • International customers are responsible for shipments both ways.
  • Programmers are warranted to be free of manufacturing or workmanship defects for two years from the date of purchase.
  • For technical support, contact Xeltek via Repair Request, Ticketing System, or Forum. Calls will be answered in the order it was received. Due to high volume of calls, representatives will respond faster through written request. Calls are accepted during business hours Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (PST).
  • Additional service fee applies to out-of-warranty items.
  • Effective as of February 1, 2013.

Premium Warranty

Extended Premium Warranty (Optional - USA Only)

Premium warranty coverage includes:

  • Standard two-year warranty plus one additional year warranty. Total three-year warranty on hardware repair services.
  • Free user requested device updates during initial (one) year of purchase for selected programmer models.**
  • Free loaner programmer - Shall be provided until repair is completed and returned.
  • Free 3-year FedEx 2Day shipping for loaner unit.
  • Free 3-year FedEx Ground shipping for repair unit (both ways).
  • Free 3-year Testing fee.
  • Priority support for RMA items with Premium Warranty code.
  • 10% discount on SuperProIS01 device update fee ($150) and first DLL License ($500) during the premium coverage period. Discount not valid for SuperProIS01 algorithm customization with board constraints.
  • Additional service charge applies to out-of-warranty items.
  • If discontinued models could not be fixed, premium trade-in options will be available. For premium trade-in option, customer will get 20% credit of the value paid for the non-repairable programmer and 100% credit of the value paid for the premium warranty. The credits must be used towards the purchase of a new programmer and no cash refund will be given.
  • Original Premium Warranty cost for initial clustered programmer unit and $100 per additional unit added thereafter.Ex: SuperPro 501S - N4 = $179 + $100 + $100 + $100
  • Effective as of February 1, 2013.

**Available on selected Programmers: SuperPro 7100, SuperPro 7000, SuperPro 6100, and SuperPro 6104GP. Due to sample limitations on obsolete devices, support time may vary. Customers are welcome to provide chip samples to expedite algorithm support. XELTEKadds devices upon customer's request at its option. Additional non-recurring engineering (NRE) charge may apply if device update involves socket adapter designing. Device support for out-of-warranty items is $150 -$300 per device request.


Manual Tray (Standard equipped) Standard I/O device of the machine. Operator will replace the programmed tray from the SuperBot machine manually after the full tray is programmed. Customer does not need to buy any other accessory while using this option.

Auto Tray Device This device is an extension of the fixed tray. It includes tray-in and tray-out and users can put 20 trays into the device. When the machine is running, users can add trays or take out trays without stopping the machine. The auto tray device can also be installed outside of the whole machine and trays can be automatically changed without the need to open the upper cover, which saves tray changeover space and avoid human error during tray changeover. The auto tray device can stack up to 20 JEDEC trays. Watch video

Tape-In Device Electric Tape in feeder. Tape width between 8 and 32mm applicable. Tape-in device can be configured as per the chip to be programmed. For SOIC and TSOP packages customer will need 2-3 types of different tape in the devices depending on the width of chips to be programmed. Watch video

Tape-Out Device Connects to a SuperBOT2 or SuperBOT3 for fully automatic operation. 8-32 mm tape widths can be used with the device. Output reel is sealed with heated tape. Watch video

Tube-In Moves chips in the machine. Chip guider for different chip width (optional). IO is multi feed and upto 8 tubes can be operated at once (optional). Tube IO pages should also be updated accordingly.

Laser Marker System An optional attachment to the tape-out or the auto tray device for high speed marking. It marks up to 4 characters on the passed chips. Watch video
