Automotive electronics products such as dashboards, airbags, engine control, sound, lighting and other MCU chips used in cars are mainly from NEC, RENESAS, INFINEON, FREESCALE, FUJITSU, and other manufacturers. Memory chips are usually serial EEPROM 24/25 series.

For in circuit programming of serial EEPROM 24/25 series, the SuperPro IS01 is recommended for programming on target PCBs. For in socket programming (offline), SuperPro 6100 is recommended and this model currently supports chips.
