All SuperPro® Programmers have one year warranty and Socket Adapters have 30 days warranty from ship date. Also, all returned items must have RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number obtained from Xeltek. We have 30 days return policy for full credit. Afterward, no return will be accepted for refund. Shipping charge is not refundable. Incomplete online purchase shall be cancelled within 30 days. Thank you.


Unauthorized Outlet Purchase

Please do not purchase Xeltek SuperPro® Programmers and accessories from an unauthorized outlet.

Authorized dealers and distributors are listed at www.Xeltek.com under Distributors tab.

Here is our policy on unauthorized purchases.

1. No warranty/out of warranty repair service
2. No phone, fax, or email technical support
3. No device update support
4. No exchange and upgrade service
5. No free program download service (to be implemented soon)

Shipping outside of U.S.

Xeltek will not cover any duties nor import taxes for customers outside of United States. Orders being shipped to addresses outside of the United States may require the recipient to pay duties upon delivery.
