Proof of purchase is necessary to authorize repair transaction. Please have your RMA number ready and follow our easy instructions to submit your request for repair.

Request for Exchange
The order id or invoice/receipt is required to process your request for exchange. It is used to determine whether you still qualify for our 30 day exchange policy. If your purchased product(s) has been more than 30 days, then please visit our Trade-In page for more information about product upgrade.

Pay for Repair
Follow easy three steps to pay for your product repair. Verification code is required to complete the pay for repair process. If you do not have the Verification code, then please goto our Return for Repair page and fill out the form to request for repair. Once we verify your request we will send you an email containing your Verification code.
