Once all valid information is received a Xeltek Representative will contact you and
assign you an RMA number before you ship the product(s) you have back to us.
Exchange request will not be processed until one of two items
listed below is received. Invalid input for order number will
delay the processing of your exchange request form. The order
id or invoice/receipt is used to determine whether you still
qualify for our 30 day exchange policy.
If your product is purchased from Xeltek USA please input your
order number from time of purchase. If product is purchased
from one of our distributors please fax your invoice/receipt
