Please log in your account and click the Modify Profile. You can change your billing, shipping address and contact information.
Q3: How long is the warranty period?
All the programmers excluding refurbished models have an one year warranty period and adapters have a 30 day warranty. Refurbished models have a 90 day warranty.
Q4: How long is the repair warranty period?
The repair warranty is 90 days from repair invoice date.
Q5: Is payment by check accepted?
Yes, we do, but your order will be processed after the check is clear at bank.
Q6: Do you accept any company check for a COD order?
No, only company check proven by Xeltek can be accepted on COD order. A secured check, such as money order, must be prepared for the order a company check is not proven.
Q7: What is the lead-time on back order items?
Send an e-mail with your order number and backorder item list to info@xeltek.com.
Q8: Can I order with credit card from abroad?
Yes you can, but you have send or e-mail a copy of your credit card statement.
