Applications
- R&D applications such as in-circuit test and debug.
- Volume productions. Devices may be programmed after the board is fully assembled. One example is the serial number writing on an on-board serial device.
- Field applications. Comes with portability; stand-alone mode and data storage device (SD card). It is suitable for field test, debug and data acquisition.
- Third party applications. User-friendly s/w interface (DLL and Virtual Com communication command set) and h/w interface (ATE and USB) are provided and make it very easy for customers to integrate ISP02 as a functional module into their systems. E.g., SuperPro IS02 can be integrated in ICT equipment.

- Download the current software version free of charge at Download Center.
- XELTEK also adds devices upon customer's request at its option.
Warranty Support
Standard 2 Years Warranty: Included with purchase of SuperPro 5000. Covers device update and repair. Xeltek pays Fedex GND when shipping product back to customer for US only. It doesn't apply for international customers.
Programmer is warranted to be free of manufacturing or workmanship defects for two years from the date of purchase. Hardware & electrical Specifications
- ISP cable integrates I2C, SPI, UART, BDM, MON, MW, JTAG, CAN, ICC, RS232 interfaces
- VDD (0-5.5V /0.5A) and VPP (0-15V / 0.2A) lines provided to power up the target board and the target devices.
- Cable driver circuit supports the target devices of voltage level at 1.5 to 5V and it is ESD protected.
- USB 2.0 (high speed) interface for PC hosted mode

- Under stand-alone mode, the user controls the programmer via 20-characters, 4-line LCD display with 6-KEY keypad. A SD card stores the project files (up to 16GB). The number of the project files is limited only by the capacity of the SD card.
