Request for Repair
To request for repair, proof of purchase is necessary to authorize the repair transaction. Please have your RMA number ready for verification and then follow our easy instructions to complete your request for repair

Request for Exchange
Your order id or your invoice/receipt is required to process your request for exchange. Your invoice/receipt will be used to see if you still qualify for our 30 day exchange policy. If your purchased product(s) have gone over the 30 day limit, please visit our Trade-In page for more information about product upgrades.
