Notes:

  • User requested device update service is available for SuperPro5000, SuperPro5004GP, SuperPro6000, SuperPro6004GP, SuperProIS01, SuperProIS02
  • Two business days required to process the device update request.
  • For obsolete parts, it is required to receive the datasheet and 3 samples of device by mail. For some active parts, we may also need customer's sample chips for testing purposes.
  • Programmable devices are Flash, Eprom, Eeprom, NAND, NOR, etc… Xeltek cannot develop algorithm for non-programmable devices such as SRAM or ROM.
  • Entire process takes 2 weeks or less depending on the time of receiving sample chips, unless a new socket adapter design is required.
